(FL-See)SD See optimal

Postby AlwaysThere » Mon Oct 26, 2009 11:12 am

Hi,

I read in this forum (The STATS - Formulas & Defintions (with forum insights) section) that the optimal range for (FL-SEE)SDSee is between 16-34 (19-27 better). It does not indicated if it's for full or short!
I read somewhere, that for fullring the stat is between 24-28 at best but they said that for 6max the optimal range for (FL-SEE)SDSee is rather 32-40! Is this true? I always thought, that only calling stations have this stat over 30.

Another question:
What is the optimum for (FL-SEE)Fold stat. I couldn't find it anywhere.

FLcSDc will vary depending on VP and normally a very low VP will have a high FLcSDc.

It depends on the game you are playing AND full or short as to what works best as well as your opponents. I look at a range of 30-40 as ok depdending on the player. Most likely 28-38 is more optimal as an average range of a "good" player. Someone that knows how to fold and can get away from TPTK for example. On the other hand, based on your read and situation at hand you would play out the TPTK.

To determine if they are overplaying you have to look at multiple stats in unison to give a better picture of a profile. The vp/pfr/cc/w$sd/flcSDc/cBet probability/steals and position this hand to better arrive at does he have it or is it bs? Also the FLag, TUag, RIag. Usually a higher pfr-FLbet # means cBet likely and when at the same time the TUag drops from FLag it further indicates cBet bailing out of a hand.
