SnG configuration

Postby REDREPUBLIK » Fri Oct 30, 2009 7:14 pm

Hi All

Dont play cash games at all (well very rarely) and have building a steady but slow BR at $20 SNG.

I had used PE before (a year ago or so, got it free when using one of the iPoker skins) but found the configuration was more aimed at cash players.

Currently using Tournament Shark for all my SnG and as good as it is for giving you a rounded view of the player, it lacks severely with regards to indept analysis on players. So once again I am back to judging players myself which is grand but currently playing Stars and the amount of traffic the place has you always come up against new players

So, I am back to whoring with the idea of getting PE and this time subscribing, were as last time it was free.

Now that my cash is involved :D , I have a few questions

Are people successfully using PE for predominantly SNG MTT games.

I have downloaded the free trial as of yesterday, I am moving up to $50 SNG now (my game warrants it I think and the need or should I say greed for more money requires it :D ) ..... So could anyone advice which are the best stats to have listed in the table configuration ....

Now I have read the manual, well the procided information, actually went one step further and printed it all of and reading it continually but I am asking if there are successful SNG / MTT players using PE, could you advice a little of your configuration.

Thanks in advance for any help .......

You will find a plethora of informatoin just scanning through this forum and following some of the links. Especially DM's welcome posts that have some links to some nice charts and useful data specific to PE icons.

Yes, I use PE with all mtt/stt and find it very informative. It is involved and you have to customize to suit your preferences but it is well worth the time and effort to learn it. In time you will look at 3 or 4 stats and know almost in an instant the choice you should make when you combine the different stats. Using multiple stats from a player gives you a clearer profile.
